A phobia is an irrational fear. Much more than just feeling scared of something, or just not liking something; a phobic reaction has no sense attached to it.

Getting A Better Night's Sleep

After working with lots of people who have problems sleeping, I have devised a three-step psychological readjustment to improve the quantity and quality of their sleep.

A positive psychological approach focuses on what makes people healthy rather than unhealthy. Instead of looking at the behaviour of someone who is struggling to get a good night's sleep, we should focus on the person who frequently sleeps well.  How is the behaviour different?  Can we imitate it?

Combing psychological techniques alongside Hypnotherapy you can learn to adjust the way you think about sleep.

In my blog: “Getting a Better Night's Sleep: A Three Week Challenge” - I've outlined the three psychological principles, with practical adjustments, you can apply to improve your sleep, and because I want to make this accessible to all - it’s free of charge.
