I offer talks to local groups on the subject of Hypnotherapy. As an introduction to Hypnotherapy, it gives the your group the chance to find out the sort of problems I treat, and how Hypnosis is used to aid the therapy.

You don't have to be completing a course in psychology to want to find out more. I offer a personal introduction to the subject, for individuals or small groups. 

​Advice on exam techniques is covered as part of sessions with examples of the best way to complete written assignments.

The talk usually includes a 30min presentation  followed by a 20min Hypnosis demonstration (relaxation) and time for questions and answers.
